How long does ORQADOS keep following up a lead?
Until the lead buys, says stop, or you end it. Each lead gets a short programme for its category over the first 30 days, then one useful message a month, sent between 10 am and 10 pm. The programme pauses whenever the lead replies. How long-term follow-up works.
What if she says something wrong about a project?
She only states facts from the knowledge you load and the project's fact sheet. When she doesn't have a fact, she says she'll check and asks you. Prices outside your approved knowledge are removed before a message is sent.
I'm a new launch tagger. Can ORQADOS reach the agents I work with without risking my WhatsApp?
It sends each agent a personal message in your name through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, from approved templates, paced in the background after you approve the list, with opt-outs honoured. That is the route Meta provides for business messaging. No tool can promise a number will never be restricted, because Meta judges senders by how recipients react, so send to agents who know you. Does it work with PropertyGuru, 99.co and EdgeProp leads?
Yes, with one honest caveat. Leads from your website form and a spreadsheet arrive automatically; portal and ad leads come in when you import them or when the lead messages your WhatsApp number. There is no direct portal API connection today. How the nurturing system works.
Will my leads know they're talking to an assistant?
Yes. Your assistant introduces herself by her name, as assisting you. She never pretends to be you. Tagging outreach to fellow agents is different: it is sent in your own name.
Can she book appointments without me?
Only into time your Google Calendar shows as free, only after the lead says yes, and you're briefed the moment it happens. She cannot cancel; if a lead can't make it, she tells you and the event stays in your calendar.
Is it pushy? I don't want to annoy my leads.
The opposite. She answers first, asks at most one question, keeps messages short, and backs off the moment someone hesitates. Anyone who says stop is never messaged again.
